QueGenix sent me products I didn't order. They charged my debit card twice $93.72 + $94.66 I called QueGenix to complain. I offered to send back the unopened products. The customer service rep said that I couldn't do this, nor would they refund my money. This is obviously a scam. I would like for them to refund the total of both charges.TranslateI would like my money refunded and an apology.
