I am rejecting this response because: He has over charged us for something he did not deliver His invoice falsely reflects repairs that were not done I will be preparing further documentation to prove my case I will be happy to provide them to your office for your review I will give Mr*** one last opportunity to come clean, if not then he will be obligated via the courts to prove the work he has falsely charged for Simply, he will have to prove his integrity I'm sure he will be spending far more than he will if he would admit his misrepresentation of the facts.

sent itemized documentation showing exactly was was performed on his vehicle, so now he is resorting to making these threats that will not change a thing.! Mr.[redacted] is nothing more than a person trying to get something for nothing! So as to refunding any money to him the answer is NO!
