We have the complication of someone wanting do-it-yourself pricing and yet wanting it done by a professional business offering full service as well as one year warranty Best case scenario was $That was for the control board replacement The keypad would be an additional cost of $part cost We had another customer with the same issue, a result of a lightening strike, and his quote was $458, with a worse case scenario of $(if a touch pad was needed) This job came in best case scenario This is industry standard and our work is guaranteed one year parts and labor We cannot blindly follow the consumer's word as to what needed to be replaced That would be a disservice to the consumer and a poor business practice Our jobs are priced retail flat rate (ie., auto industry, HVAC, etc.) and the price structure for the total job is to our discretion

This company is incredibleFrom the gal that answers the phone, *** that found a dishwasher that would work for my rental, *** that competed my order and kept in contact with me the whole time, and *** who delivered itEvery single person at this company cares about their customers and I will recommend them to every single person needing appliances or repairsKeep up the awesome work! You guys raised the bar for the whole service industry!

Beware of price gougingI was charged a total of $to replace a gallon lowboy water heater in a rental unitPlumb Rite charged $for the unit alone, when it could be purchased from Lowes for $Plumb Rite doesn't bother to price match, and when I asked for their purchase invoice they refused to provide itIt's safe to say their mark up is at least 50% howeverTop it off with a three hour install at $95/hourStay far away!

We had this company come and take a look at our fridge due to the fact the water and ice maker were no longer working. We paid $65 for the initial consult and were told a warranty would be taking care of part of the problem. We scheduled an appointment with John to fix the problem and the parts were ordered via Quick Appliance. When it was repaired the service man asked me if I had contacted [redacted] for a concession number. I looked at him very surprised, as this was new information. Last we spoke he was on his bluetooth with the company and told me that we didn't need to proceed with any further action. His comment was "This is all a mystery to me too." Interesting comment.
When he left the water nor ice maker was not working. He stated we needed to wait 24 to 48 hours. We waited and neither ice or water was working. My husband called the company...several times..only to find out that they had installed a faulty part and that we needed to call [redacted]. We called and waited on the line for about an hour to find out the company does not deal with the customer directly and Quick Appliance knows this and should be handling it. We have now paid Quick Appliance $358.00. After MANY phone calls, never a call back, us always calling Quick Appliance they told us the work is not guaranteed and they basically had no answer to why or how [redacted] would handle this. We were refunded $121.00 and told we had to pay labor because they don't guarantee their work. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I am a Registered Nurse and my husband a Project Manager for a restoration company...we are very familiar with customer service and dealing with people. This was beyond poor. We will be sure to spread the word that Quick Appliance does NOT guarantee their work, nor take the time or effort to deal with the company's they should be very familiar with. They are an appliance shop, I find it hard to believe they don't know and deal with these company's regularly. It seems they screwed up and we paid for it.

As the customer has stated, our contractor has contacted a countertop company to replace the countertop.  At this time, the countertop is to be replaced.  The countertop is on order and may take up to three weeks to obtain and be installed. This information has been provided to the...

customer.  There is no evasion of phone calls and emails that I am aware of.  We have been forthright in this and the customer even told us he was withdrawing his complaint as he knew we were handling it.

$160 part cost.  We had another customer with the same issue, a result of a lightening strike, and his quote was $458, with a worse case scenario of $700 (if a touch pad was needed).  This job came in best case scenario.  This is industry standard and our work is guaranteed one year parts and labor.  We cannot blindly follow the consumer's word as to what needed to be replaced.  That would be a disservice to the consumer and a poor business practice.  Our jobs are priced retail flat rate (ie., auto industry, HVAC, etc.) and the price structure for the total job is to our discretion.
