Review: While shopping for a used vehicle for my son, & starting a contract to verify credit things we became increasingly uncomfortable with the process. They acquired our driver's license copies, social, and income information. The paperwork was taken out the door into some outside back office. We were told prior that even though I have excellent credit, we still couldn't purchase it low interest and it would be somewhere between 10-20% interest even with a nice down payment. We decided to cancel and asked for the form back. They refused and didn't even give us a copy. One guy told us that the DMV required them to hold on to the copies for 5 years! The other came back and said 7 years. This car was approx. a $8000 sale. I called DMV who does not have such requirement. I was referred to the Federal Trade Commission and filed a report with them. I also had to call all the alerts in for identity theft protection and driver license flag. The car we came to drive and test with mechanic was missing when we got there and we were told it was taken for a smog (we had been there twice previously the week before). When I mentioned it to the other man who had our forms, he said he was driving it and it wasn't taken for smog today. Very shady.Desired Settlement: I want to know why I can't have the application to shred, although now it will be too late anyway because they have my information and my son's. I also should have received at least a copy. I think the business should be investigated and reviewed.

regarding at the complaint the customers come and try to get a vehicle so we have to take application and check credit to see for how much they qualified so sales guy take application and both sing the application so they bring authorization to run both customers credit then they decide to not continue whit the sales and lady ask for all documents back we explain we have to keep originals for any problem she asked to put all number dark whit a pen and we let her to do and she still not happy if you guys have any question we are happy to answer [redacted] thanks

Review: To whom it may concern, My name is [redacted] I purchased a 2003 Toyota Corolla at the dealership located at [redacted] on 2/20/2016. The car was $4995.00 and I put down a payment of $3000.00 and my payments are as follows of $100 to $152.87 a month. As soon as I drove off the lot the check engine light turned on. I called them the same day it came on 2/20/2016 and I was scheduled an appointment to bring it in on 2/27/2016. I brought the car in to dealership to have it repaired. The car was not repaired it still had the check engine light. I have told the dealership about the check engine light for some time now. they claimed that they have fixed the problem on 2/27/2016.I got the car back on 2/27/2016 they claimed that the mechanic fixed the engine light In addition, they may have replaced the windshield but not the Check Engine Light they also told me that it passed the smog test on 2/20/2016 when I got the car from them But still I have not seen any results on the car yet. I have been calling them since the problem has come to my knowledge. I have been waiting patiently with them since I got the car from Quick Auto Sales. My goal is to fix the car and fix the problem.
