On November 2018 Melrose owner (Randy) promised to give a full detail in and outside our *** 2008.
Also to fix our back bumper and left side mirror. All of it was done except that for the outside detail nothing was done. There was no buff the light scratches was still there. We tried talking to the owner (Randy) but it was like pulling teeth. Not to mention my son bought a ***, and the promised guarantee wasn’t fully honored.
