To Whom it May Concern:As with all customer complaints, we here at Quick Care took this very seriously and called the customer within 30 minutes of receiving the complaint from the Revdex.com.  We explained to the customer that prescription drugs that are deemed Class II by the DEA cannot be dispensed...

until the original prescription is received from the Prescriber at the pharmacy, which did not occur until late in the day on Friday, October 28.  The customer's statement that the insurance company had already been billed is absolutely true as that is how prescription billing works.  If in fact, the prescription would never be sent, the insurance billing would be reversed. This is a normal recurring event in the pharmacy space.When all was done on Friday, the final pick up by our designated courier had already occurred.  Our team contemplated driving the prescription to a designated pick-up point of the courier, but thought wisely against it since it may have been too late and they did not want a drug of that class sitting in a pick-up bin all night and next day.  When all was said and done, the patient did pick up his prescription today.  As I indicated above, our logistics supervisor reached out to the customer this afternoon to apologize for any misunderstanding but the patient was not in the  frame of mind to hear it.  We can assure you, and tried to assure the patient, that no one on this end was in any way laughing at the patient's predicament.We will consider this matter closed, and continue to treat this patient with the same respect as always, and as with all patients.All the best,Quick Care Pharmacy Inc[redacted] D, [redacted]SVP, General Manager and CFO
