Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Claims of being in constant contact with me on the service managers part, as well as the salesperson (James) part is absolutely falseThey have never once contacted me (even after multiple attempts to reach them on my part, leaving messages, leaving my number)Any contact I have had with the company has been made on my part, they have never reached out to me to ask about the process of my carI have had one single interaction with the sales manager and it was not even face-to-face; this interaction (a phone call after attempting to meet with him for over weeks and leaving numerous messages) was unbelievably rude and resulted in threats of legal action (for reasons still unexplained) against meTo rectify this situation they can own up to the fact that they sold me a car with an open recall and remove the vehicles on their lot which have open recalls on them so that someone else isn't placed in the same situation as meI have provided the list of vehicles on your lot with open recalls which you still have not done anything aboutAs a matter of fact, a few of the vehicles I listed have been sold even after being made aware of the recall notices In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: On April **, 2016, the manager along with a salesman did indeed state in front of another customer that they would get the car and fix what was wrong with it since it left the parking lot on December **, with the issues that continued to manifest When the manager found out that the mechanic who discovered the exact issue would not release the car without payment for taking it apart for the warranty company to inspect and holding up one of their bays due to the engine being apart, the manager advised he was trying to figure out how to get the car from the mechanic Once, they made the sale to the other customer, my issue was irrelevant and the decided not to follow through on what they promised in front of the other customer to make the saleThey issue was their responsibility from the start In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , [redacted] purchased his Subaru Imprezza WrxSTI from Long Island Auto Find on knowingly and specifically because it was equipped with custom rims, flow master exhaust, and gauges on the dashboard The reason this vehicle broke down and had catastrophic engine failure was strictly because [redacted] completely abused the vehicleThere is no warranty that will ever cover owner abuseThis engine was over revved causing the damage to the engineWhen [redacted] came into the dealership to discuss his problem we told him that it was his fault and that the warranty company would not cover itThe warranty will remain in force because it will still cover other components on his vehicleIf [redacted] would like to cancel his warranty at any point he will be eligible for a prorated refundUnfortunately we see this type of problem all the time with this type of vehicle, the customers who purchase them think they are race cars and abuse them If I can give any further assistance please call ###-###-#### Thank you [redacted] ***

We are sorry if you did not have a pleasant experience dealing with our companyIf the buyer wants to get a vehicle checked out by another dealer or mechanic we are always open to thatAfter the vehicle is checked out it is brought back to us to verify any repair, this is common practice in the industryThe buyer also signs a document confirming thisWe are happy to fix any repairs necessary before the car leaves our lotIf the buyer wants to get the vehicle checked at their dealer they use for service that is perfectly okay, but in this case that was hours away from our dealershipThe only thing we can offer in this case is to have the car brought to us so we can verify any repair and fix it

Dear [redacted] , I am very surprised to see this complaint from youAs you know you signed the buyer's order on November [redacted] but your bank was the one who told you that it would take 5-days for [redacted] *** to get the moneyThe proceeds did not come until November***We then contacted [redacted] to have your vehicle transported to youI received their confirmation #***- [redacted] and they said the vehicle would be picked up within days ( [redacted] , November***)They did notBoth [redacted] and I contacted the transport company and they told me that it would be picked up [redacted] November***They did come and took the vehicle yesterday (1114) and it is on its wayI spoke with [redacted] on [redacted] , the day after this complaint was writtenAfter speaking with [redacted] I felt that she understood all of the dynamics of this dealWe at [redacted] do a lot of out of state deals and are very proficient at itThe first delay was due to the [redacted] s bank, it took their bank days to get us the checkSecondly it took the shipping company an extra days to pick up the vehicle [redacted] prides itself on delivering its' customers white glove service and we feel very bad that *** + [redacted] are not completely satisfied.Thank you, [redacted]
