Amanda came to get fix the back of the *** ** *** and we told her the price $and she get agreed with that It included the parts, back cover and labor We called her when we fix the phone She came and picked up without any complaint Second or third day she came and start complaining that it doesn't say *** ** *** and that the gold shade is a little different We explained her that these parts are not coming from *** and it doesn't effect the service of phone That's the best shade we could find We also called her, when we got the complaint from your office Explain her whole story again and gave her $back offer and she accept it Now we got another letter from your office that she is not agree on that It seems like customer has some bad ideas against our business and she is trying to harm us that's why she is playing around We try to call her several times again but she didn't respond Please disregard this complaint as customer is not co-operating.
