RE: Revdex.com Complaint ID #*** - QCI Acct#*** - ***
Quick Collect, Inc(QCI) 's desired settlement is to have this account settled in full according to the law and the agency's office policiesWhen a check by phone procedure is to be used through our agency, before accepting
payment for a delinquent bill in this manner, the agency must require banking information, etcIn the event a person wants a receipt for a payment, then he/she is advised to send us a self addressed, stamped envelope with a note showing full identifying information such as name, current address, QCI's account number and indicating a receipt is neededThis is QCI's office policy in connection with collection of accounts to verify availability of fundsIt is uncertain where the person complaining checked to verify online posting of the payment he is looking forQCI has no control over where/when other organizations may handle such mattersIssues that involve divorce situations about payment of bills are legal matters and are not for QCI to consider; that is between the husband and spouseQCI does not offer legal adviceIt is regretted the person filing the complaint feels Quick Collect, Inc"is very unprofessional and down right suspicious"(Documentation on file researched because of this complaint shows the delinquent account was assigned for collection to QCI on 8/24/and has been pending since that time in our office without any payment made toward the bill until 9/18/15.) There is a balance on the account due, and the complainant should call *** asking for Michelle W***, referring to QCI's account number *** to determine the pay off amountYou will need to contact the credit bureaus to determine what action will be taken by the bureaus after the account is reported by Quick Collect, Incas being paid in fullSincerely,

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: This is not an issue with my insurer, its an issue with Zoomcare, your clientZoomcare lied to me causing the collection to be sent to you

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I had requested the information last September and got No response till last week
This bill has been paid and I now have a letter From saying I need to prove it to them
I don't call them because whom ever I speak to is rude and
condescending. Sincerely,*** ***

In depth review of QCI's records have determined this is an insurance issue and must be clarified and or resolved with his insurance carrier by the person filing a complaint such as thisThis is not an issue for QCI to resolveAny matter regarding insurance is always between the patient and their
insurance carrierNo action will be taken to return this assignment to our client regarding the desired settlementSincerely Ginnie Riddell- QCI Client Services Specialist

An in-depth review of the above complaint has been completedIt was found this account has been, and is being, handled by Quick Collect, Inc's Legal DepartmentAccording to QCI's records, the complainant is aware of this fact and actions taken according to proper court proceduresDispute/s of
decisions made by QCI's handling of this account must come directly from the complainant IN WRITING to the agency's manager and not through third party such as the Revdex.com.
Proof of the complainant's claims of the alleged wrongdoing by the agency will need to accompany the written letter of dispute, showing names, dates, receipts and any related information related to this long-time, ongoing issue
Based on the foregoing information provided in response to the complaint filed with the Revdex.com, no action is being taken to grant the desired settlement stated in the Revdex.com's notice dated 9/26/

It is regretted QCI's response to this complaint has been rejected by MrC***Quick Collect, Inc is not ZoomcareOur agency does not become involved with issues as outlined in his complaintThis is QCI's final response to this matterSincerely, Ginnie R***- QCI Client Services Specialist

The two issues about which Mr*** has filed a complaint have been reviewed.QCI's records match the address and phone number with the information heprovided in his complaints with the exception that the Revdex.com records have the lastname as "***" instead of ***, showing on our agency's
records and thoseof our client's, supported by the spelling on the client's Office Financial Policy as***On the Office Financial Policy, he was informed of, and signed for, the$charge that would be assessed for delinquent accounts sent to collections;therefore, the $charge was added to the amount assigned to be collected.(The above response applies to Revdex.com ID ***.)As to Revdex.com ID ***, $is a standard business fee charged by Quick Collect,Inc(QCI) for payments made by phone in the use of debit/credit card transactionsin collecting past due accounts.Mr*** has the option of paying the past due bill in full by money order orcashier's check, payable to Quick Collect, Inc(QCI) including his account number.Because he has added to his complaint as to the Desired Settlement in both cases hewants "No further contact by the business," it is suggested he contact QCI by phone503-252-0083, asking to speak to a collector about his bill which is on his record. For confidentiality reasons, to protect our clients and the debtors assigned by ourclients, Quick Collect, Incdoes not, and will not, authorize/allow publicly posting onthe Revdex.com website detailed responses or explanations concerning complaints aboutaccounts assigned by our clients for collection to QCIThis is important informationabout which our agency has informed the Revdex.com previously

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
This is not acceptable.  I will not pay anything without receipt of payment or at least a reference number I may refer to in the likely event my payment is not applied to the correct account. That is not an unreasonable request and I will not accept anything less. Email is fine. Fax is acceptable.
Sincerely,[redacted]

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have called this establishment multiple times from the day of my issue and they will not allow me to speak with the Management but instead they just keep transferring me to the person that is handling my account. All I want to do is pay off...

what is owed and they are making it impossible to do so.Sincerely,[redacted]

Business Requested Response to Not be Published.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the respondent is overlooking the denial of payment service when I requested to pay.  I was hung up and repeatedly told that, quick collect will not accept my payment and would rather take me to court and add fees, despite my attempts to...

pay over the phone. The lady was a total [redacted] and should be fired for acting unlawfully and threatening me with court action. Though as I stated, I told her I was trying to pay, but she kept refusing payment over the phone. Oakes why can I not pay right now, she said because I don't want to. Giving me attitude, and being so unprofessional.  Furthermore, my phone was not blocked and/or rejected at all, this is a false statement made by Quick Collect and is a clear legal violation. As I stated before, we were talking on the phone.  Why do you feel the need to lie about this? And if this is true, then I tried calling you before you employed the private investigator, so that fee should legally be refunded.
Thanks![redacted]

[redacted]The business responded and asked that we not
publish their response[redacted]
