There’s a huge confusion around my account a collection was on my credit report so I took a look and called and assumed it to be one of my debts from chase bank and after making the payments and searching up who sent the collection to QCI I found out it was another thing which we were told it was paid in full. I attempted to dispute the claim on my credit and called QCI telling them that there was a mistake. Fast forward to now I got a call from them asking for the collection and as I was talking to them all I was doing was getting myself cut off by the representative and complete attitude with no desire to help me in my situation. Called again the following week and the same thing happened again didn’t get more than ONE question in before I was cut off trying to ask how the amount went from $150 in the statement to $700+. I have paid and talked to all other collection agencies and paid off all my debt as of now other than QCI I have never come across a more unprofessional collection agency as them.
