A long time customer, Mr*** brought a computer to you for repairs. For a fee of $you re-imaged his data. Afterwards, Mr*** wanted hard-drives consolidated to 1. You advised this additional work would cost
an additional couple hundred dollars. Mr*** did not want to pay the additional monies and asked if he could do it himself. You advised he could but would need both a SATA and am EIDE adapter (cradle?) - one for newer hard-drives and the other for older hard-drives. Problems occurred when Mr*** bought only the SATA and not the EIDE
