Response taken over the phone by Revdex.com staff (**) A long time customer, Mr [redacted] brought a computer to you for repairs For a fee of $you re-imaged his data Afterwards, Mr [redacted] wanted hard-drives consolidated to You advised this additional work would cost an additional couple hundred dollars Mr [redacted] did not want to pay the additional monies and asked if he could do it himself You advised he could but would need both a SATA and am EIDE adapter (cradle?) - one for newer hard-drives and the other for older hard-drives Problems occurred when Mr [redacted] bought only the SATA and not the EIDE
