Hi this is [redacted] ,I am very sorry for not getting back to you on time,but we are more then happy to give the cutomer his money that he spent at another tire shop ,pls give us a call or have him stop by our shop and we will definitely take care of this issue thank you very much.
Review: I went to quick fit tire at 1030 am and purchased a tire and rim set for $983.00. I was told that they would be delivered and installed at 2:30pm and it would only take 30 minutes. I showed back up at 2:30pm and was told that the truck was "en route" and it would be around 4:00pm. I was then called at 4:00pm and told that I should show up at 4:45 pm to have them installed. I showed up at 4:45pm and waited for them to install a "30" minute job. I finally ended up leaving the store after the install was complete at 6:15pm. They loaded my old rims into my truck and I had to pick up my old lug nuts from the shop floor. I was irritated that I had wasted my entire day waiting on these guys. Once I was headed home, my TPMS sensor lit up, meaning something was wrong with my pressure sensor. I went back to quick fit the next day and told them my sensor was going off. I was told that the battery in the sensor was dead and that I would need to buy another one from them to replace it. I was told it was going to be the next day before the part arrived. I went home and unloaded my old rims and heard something rattling, it was my sensor that they never installed. They lied about the battery dying to get more money from me, when the entire sensor itself was never installed. I went back, they told me it would be 2 hours before they could help me because there were other customers. I went to [redacted] and they advised that the sensor housing was smashed to bits by whoever took it out and was no good. Quick fit tire was trying to scam me out of more money after all of their poor customer service.Desired Settlement: Partial refund/cost of a new sensor for [redacted] to install. $65
