A washing machine coupling replacement charge of was excessive First charged me Other companies are around To Dollars They gouge people excessively

I called when our washer stopped working and Repair care were able to fix it within 24 hours and for a reasonable price. The booking process was very easy as they can communicate via text messages which is pretty awesome.

My sub zero fridge stopped working and was told it would cost $ 942 for the repair and part. I had to put a 50% down payment on the part. They told me the part needed to be ordered and I would be called when it arrived. Then freezer failed and we called them to let them know for the return service call. The part finally arrived but was not informed. It took for us to call and inquire. When the service guy showed up, he had no idea about the freezer issue. He gave us a quote to repair the freezer and let us know we could get a refund on the fridge part but had to pay for the two service calls. We agreed to that but when we called for the refund we were directed to customer service, who ONLY responds to email. I was refused to be spoken to regarding this issue. [redacted]

I never write reviews, but I have to warn people to stay away from this company. They replaced an expensive part on our washing machine and when this part was found not to be the problem at all they refused to remove the part and refund our money. They then had the nerve to tell us we would need to spend another $900 to really fix the problem. They are experienced and bonded, but do not let them in your house.

I contacted them because of their advertisement to respond 24/7 to look at my [redacted] washing machine as the pump was not working. Our family has just got home from a weeks holiday and there was a lot if laundry to do. They responded within 8 hours of my call. The technician diagnosed the problem as the drain pump and replaced. It. He couldn't get out of my home quick enough after turning the unit on for about 30 seconds, which seemed a little weird. . He left and I turned the machine on to complete a load of washing and the first time the pump turned on ( less than 5 minutes) a rattling noise had started in around the pump area and the machine failed to drain again. I contacted the call centre again and Chris the technician called back. He said well it might be a faulty pump or it must be the mother board then, which he stated that's going to cost you more than the pump, which I had been charged $365 for the " fix". He said he would return or have another tech return that day 02Sep15. I received no call back within the hour so I started to call the company again. They simply took my name, number and complaint all 5 or 6 times I had called on Tuesday 02Sep15. First thing Wednesday morning 03 Sep15 I began calling the call centre again and leaving messages with a live person who ensured someone from customer service would call back. After 4 more calls I was given the phone numbe for customer service after I had been told around 2 pm that I was in the que to be called next.. 7 messages left that day with two messages saying I would have to purchase a new machine as they had not had the decency to call me back and that I was having a new machine delivered around 11am on 04sep15. The new machine arrived and I did not have room to store the old one so they took it with them for disposal. Prior to its removal though, I opened the back of the machine so I could remove the pump to return to " Quick Fix Appliances". I noticed that the pump should have been bolted with 2 or 3 bolts to hold it in place, however only one bolt was holding the pump allowing it to move frelely in the housing. The other bolt was laying on the bottom panel of the washer. I removed the pump so that it could be returned to the company. I again placed several more calls and left messages now in the area of 15-20 calls and finally around noon on September 4. 2015 got a call back from " customer service". They refused to reimburse for the faulty part and stared the technician did everything he wa suppose to. I agreed to pay the $129 labour fee and to return their part to obtain a full or partial refund. The customer service rep just continued to say we can send a tech out to look at the machine again, knowing full well the machine has been disposed of. I said had they of called me .... In les than 48 after my complaint and 15 plus calls to notify me of this, or if anyone could have had the decency to set up a return appointment then the outcome may have been different. I have never written to complain about anything in my 51 years on this earth, but this company does not deserve to operate. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

my fridge display was hard to read and eventually it went dark all together. I found this comany on google and decided to try them. Very pleased with same day serice. A pleasure to deal with. Very happy

I found quick fix on google and had them come same day. they sent out merve - he was a great guy and tech. he even played me a beautiful song on the piano. amazing guy and good company. I would definitely recommend a family or friend

these guys came out to do my dishwasher. it got it when I bought the house (not a person who can afford *** dishwasher otherwise) these things are over 1000$ easy. Anyways the tech came and got the job done, not sure what he did but he was in and out in 45 min and I paid him 199 labour. they also warranty the work for 90 days so im happy. Quickfix delivered. thank you Dmitry

This is for stove GE gas stove...panel stopped working, it was good and then poof nothing, I called these guys who came that evening 5:30pm and helped me to repair. was good because I couldn't find a gas tech anywhere until this repair care

I had my Kenmore fridge not cooling all day until I Called Quick Fix for help, they were great and gave me all theinfo over the phone so when they got to my place they got everything done fast and I was happy

Called their had office spoke to Lilia she was really helpful. She sent out andy who was able to fix my oven within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service
