Quick Fix Tech Repair

Review: I took my I pad to this shop to fix my charging port which they told me would only take two hours to fix. I left it there and came back three hours later and was told they didn't have the right part so and they would it would be done the next day. The next day I hear no news from them so I called and asked what was going on. The man on the phone tells me it's complicated to fix so it will be done on the within the day and they will keep in touch. Flash forward to four days later and I call because I actually need my tablet and they still have not fixed it. So I go to the store to pick it up and I do not pay because they haven't fixed it. When I take it home not only does it not charge there is also dirt under the screen and the sound does not work.Desired Settlement: I would like them to replace my Ipad because the ruined so bad that It's going to cot me over 300 dollars to fix it now.
