Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Their response is not not truthful.  I never let 3 days pass before reporting that my Ipad's Wifi was not working.  In each case, I responded back to the him, either my text or phone, after testing the Wifi connection when I returned to work.  I also tried the wifi connection in my home.  I rebooted my router and tested my wifi connection on my laptop just to verify that it was not a problem with my wifi router.  My wifi was fine and I never let more than 1 day pass before reporting the issue.
Second, it wasn't always working properly when I picked it up at the place of business.  The first time that I picked it up, he never even tested it to see if the wifi was working before sending it home with me.  He didn't test it because he didn't know my pass code to get into my Ipad.  Instead of calling to ask me the passcode, he sent it home with me without even testing it.  It did not work.
The 2nd time I brought it in, he texted me to tell me it was ready to pick up.  When I arrived, he said that he had just tried to call me to tell me that the wifi signal wasn't holding. It wasn't working at his place of business.  At that time it had 1 bar.  The Ipad will not function with that weak of a signal.  I left with it and again tested it at work and at home and it did not work.
I took it back yet a 3rd time.  He was truthful only once in his statement... the wifi was working at his store this time, so I thought all was well....not so.  The wifi did not work at my work or at home.  Again, there was never a 3 day wait before I either called or texted him that my Ipad was not working.  My complaints were same day.
As far as the phone call that he referred to, it, and he is being untruthful.  I did ask for the $120 back for the initial repair.  His response was no, that he had did the work that he was paid to do...he replaced the screen.  Yes, he did replace the screen...but he damaged my ipad in the process.  His reply to me was "How do I know it wasn't broken before I brought it in".  I can produce my Ipad email records as evidence that it was working prior to being "repaired". That was the end of the discussion.   He never made the statement "let me look at it again", he told me there was nothing more that could be done and that is was probably a software problem. I most certainly never made the statement that "I wanted a new one anyways".
These examples of his unprofessionalism and utter dishonesty is the ONLY reason that I even filed a complaint with Revdex.com in the first place.  It is out of my character to be so confrontational.  I was willing to let this go as a bad lessoned learned, but I will now be doing research on filing a claim against him in Small Claims Court.
