In response to this customer complaint, Quick Kutz has settled with the customer by issuing a refund, in an amount to which the customer agreed upon Original work performed by Quick Kutz was done & completed like any other power-seeding job we have performedIn this instance, Quick Kutz
had plans to return to customers location and seed in spots but weather had delayed our ability to complete the jobQuick Kutz had not communicated this to customer and has since apologized for lack of communication with customer by not returning phone callsAs Quick Kutz's issued refund on day of this compliant, we believe initial compliant should be dismissed.
