I am writing in response to the letter sent to us from your office dated 3/16/(original copy of letter attached)Per Mrs [redacted] request, the vehicle was put back to the original condition that she brought it to usThere are a few new parts that we left installed on the vehicle that couldn’t be removed due to the condition of the old parts, these totaled about $With that being said, we charged Mrs [redacted] nothing and returned the vehicle to herWe have satisfied all of her requests outlined in the letter, She left without any out of pocket expense and the vehicle was returned to her in better mechanical condition (new parts installed) than she dropped it off
