Review: I applied for a home loan remodification program thru this company. It has been 6 months but to this day I have not received any progress and they have not send me any confirmation of the loan application. I have made a full payment of the amount they charged me ($1.179.81 x 3 months from Feb. 2013 - April 2013). I tried to contact the people I had initially in contact with during the initial loan application but the messages on the phone says that they are no longer with the company. My home is now in the process of foreclosure due to this.Desired Settlement: Want to inquire about the validity of this company.

I have received an email from the negotiator of the business giving me update of the status of my loan application. This is a considerable improvement considering the length of time I have been waiting since the initial application process was started.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: I contracted with QLS to to complete a Loan Modification on my home with [redacted]. Over the course of 3 months last year I paid them $3327 in fees. AS of this date the modification has not been completed [redacted] has contacted me over the last year and informed me that QLS was not providing them with the documents and needed me to do it. Now they tell me they have too much time invested in my file and want to close it. [redacted] has not denied the loan mod because of income or not meeting rrquirements but strictly because they say that QLS is not providing them with info in a timely manner.Desired Settlement: Either complete my loan mod or refund my money. I just want the service completed that I contracted for.

Review: Filled out paperwork and email info to Quick Legal Solutions and get no phone call or email back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund from them. No services completed. Sent $5,194.98 and not able to get a phone call or a email.

Review: I went with their service to modify my home loan and have paid them $835 for 3 months. Have submitted all the documentation over the course of 5months and nothing has been resolved. I have called 4 times and sent about 5 emails over a week and a half and no one will return either. I feel that they were just delaying me to take my money.Desired Settlement: I would still like to have the modification but I have lost trust in this company. I would like a full refund and late charges incurred because of the lack of service and outcome that they have promised.

Yes they have contacted me as well as Chase. Chase has told me that Quick Legal Solutions have faxed them old information. It seems as though they are trying.
