Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/01/09) */
Dear Revdex.com,
Let me start off by saying that we are truly sorry that the client did not get the results that he was hoping to get. Unfortunately as an advertising agency, we cannot guarantee an ROI as there are too many factors that go...

into the end result. For example, we do not know how the call was handled by the clients office or maybe the client in this case was just not competitive in the area being targeted. We have been in business nearly a decade and that in itself shows that we must be doing something right. We have worked with the client in this case and came to an amicable resolution that both parties are happy with. We wish the client the best of luck with all future advertising.

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/03/11) */
Quick Marketing Group has been in business over a decade and we always strive for customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, we also recognize that sometimes no matter what we do, certain customers will never be happy. We have attempted to...

work with this customer on numerous occasions to come up with an amicable resolution and even offered to refund more then the customer was entitled to as per the terms and conditions of his agreement. The conversations have been extremely unprofessional and futile. Regretfully, it is time to stop exhausting our efforts on a situation that will clearly never have an outcome happy to the client. We sincerely wish the client all the best in his future endeavors.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/03/17) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Big "S" Company has been in business for more than 35 years and has utilized numerous advertising vehicles in that time. Quickmarketing is now accusing us of being "unprofessional and futile" in our conversations. The fact is that Quickmarketing's representative in this case, didn't want me to talk about the problems with the website or ask about how much of my money they had spent on Google adwords, etc. He only wanted to go on and on about their quick local program. Every time I asked about the $2400 that they were supposed to spending on online advertising for my website, he would get real vague and insist that the money was being spent as agreed. I asked repeatedly for some kind of reports and evidence that they were actually spending my money with a third party as they had agreed. They never would send me anything, though he kept promising to. Now that it has come to this he has finally sent me a "report", generated in-house by quickmarketing, which indicates that they spent $2135.76 to get me 67 clicks. That amounts to $31.88 per click. I have been in touch with Google to verify that this is an outrageous number and have opted to manage my Google account myself. From my conversations with Google, the average per click price should be $5 to $6. I hired Quickmarketing to handle this aspect of my business, so it would take that load off me. The understanding was that the entire $2400 be spent on third party internet search ads. I am more than happy to settle this with Quickmarketing and offered to repeatedly. The problem is, they want to keep my $2400 without proving that they spent it. Yes, they finally offered to refund $600 but only after I filed a Revdex.com complaint and then it was a "take it or leave it" offer. All I asked was that they show me how much money was actually spent purchasing search ads and refund the portion that has not been spent. They will not provide actual reports or invoices for these claimed expenditures and now they have produced a report document that is extremely inflated, in order to support their position. In a private email, they have offered to sue me if I talk negatively about their company. All I want is to be done with this company and move on, along with an honest accounting of my money and refund of any unspent funds. By taking my money they have a fiduciary duty to manage it responsibly and account for what it bought me. It is Quickmarketing that has been unprofessional throughout the entire process. They never delivered a fully functional website as agreed. They billed me for $1000.00 two additional times, after they agreed not to. They will not give any accounting for how my $2400 was spent. And now they want to say that I am being "unprofessional" and being unreasonable because I won't let them off the hook with a $600 refund offer. And by the way, I have to agree to not say anything derogatory about the company before they will refund any money. Go figure!
I am in the process of lodging a complaint with Google. Quickmarketing solicits customers, including myself, on the premise that they are certified with Google. I have received a complaint form from Google and will submit it shortly.
I also plan to file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General for deceptive trade practices and the Illinois Chambers of Commerce.
The type of advertising Quickmarketing was supposed to provide to me is very simple to do. Anyone can open and manage their own Google adwords campaign. They don't need a company to do it for them. I chose to hire Quickmarketing to take that task off my plate. The deal was that they would receive compensation in the form of $200 per month to host a website and manage my search ad campaign. The cost per click they have indicated can only be interpreted by myself as common thievery. I earn my money honestly and take it very personally when someone is straight up stealing it from me.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2015/03/30) */
Quick Marketing values client input and in particular those circumstances where a client may have felt that our services fell short of expectations. Out of respect to this client's right to privacy, Quick Marketing will refrain from commenting on the particulars of the services he received. However, in the interest of responding to this client's complaint and for the benefit of current and prospective clients, we can say that we listened to his complaint and addressed the issues he raised. Quick Marketing complied with its obligations under its service agreement, but recognizes that this client's expectations were not 100% satisfied. Most importantly, we resolved the open issues to his satisfaction and approval.
While services provided by many in our industry often do not result in 100% client satisfaction, we strive to hit that 100% satisfaction benchmark with all our clients. We firmly believe that client input and feedback always makes for a better product. As we continue to innovate and improve our industry, we do so with valuable assessment from our clients who remain critical to maintaining our success and quality of service.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 21, 2015/03/31) */
"After I was given the opportunity to discuss the issues I had with the Quick Marketing services with its management team, I am pleased to report that the open issues were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction. Quick Marketing promptly addressed my concerns and I feel like I was treated fairly and with respect while I worked with Quick Marketing in resolving this issue."
