Quick Mobile Lock and Key Reviews (2)

Hi my name is [redacted] I am the Locksmith that did the job for [redacted].
rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);">I would like to straighten out this story of his because many facts have been said incorrectly. This customer first of all called a company called 24/7 Loyal Service and they called and dispatched me for the job. I have my own company Quick Mobile Lock and Key however I was not contacted by the customer directly.
I got the call at 10:32 am on June 24th 2014 and then I called and spoke with the customer at 10:45 am. I asked him the make and model of his vehicle. When he said it was a 2014 Chevy I explained to him those keys are not found anywhere but the dealership. He agreed on the phone to give me the vin number for the vehicle and we agreed I will go to the dealer and buy the key and come do the job at his location in the Disneyland parking garage. We also agreed on price and I told him I will be there in one hour.
I have all calls and messages logged in my phone to prove what I am saying.
When I and my partner who was with me in the van [redacted], arrived at the location, Disneyland's policy says that they must send in 2 security guards to accompany anyone going in to do a job like this or for other purposes than to park. I had two security guards present with me throughout the entire time and witnessed everything. I spent about one hour working on making his key and programming it to the car. After I was done the customer came and informed me that Disneyland had just called him saying they found his lost key and he then said he no longer wants the key I made for him. The customer said I was sitting in his vehicle and wouldn't get out until he paid. That is incorrect. I have 3 witnesses that were with me, I was not in the car as he said. I explained to him our agreement. He did however go ahead and get his other key and I then offered to program the key he had returned to match the new car key. You see once you program the new one, the old gets wiped out from the system and needs to be reprogrammed. I did this for him free of charge. We had agreed from the very beginning before I began any work that the price was going to be $425. When we were done he finally said he had $225 in cash and paid that and gave me a credit card to charge. I tried 3 different credit cards of his that all got declined. He finally gave me his AMEX and it worked. I charged on it $200.00 and I have a written reciept and a signed electronic receipt both of which I have and can give you to see as proof. A few days after all this we get a notice from our Credit card company that this customer has filed a complaint that we charged him $200 unauthorized by him. We sent the Credit card company all the receipts and proof and they declined the customers request to reverse the payment.
I strive to give all my customers Excellent and Quick service because I understand the value of peoples time. I want this issue resolved please as peacefully as possible thank you.

Review: I was in Anaheim on vacation and had a rental car. The keys were lost on a ride at Disneyland and staff was unable to retrieve them from the ride due to closing time and limited viewing ability during night hours. I called this company to create a lock and was told one could be sent that night. Two hours later I'm told they can't come. The next morning I call to request one come again and one is available in 15 minutes. I take a taxi to my rental car and am told the wait time is now three hours. Upon waiting I get a call from Disneyland saying my keys are found and ready for pickup. Ten minutes later the locksmith arrives and I ask him to wait so I can verify the returned keys are indeed mine. It took me 45 minutes to return due to having to take a train to lost and found. Upon return, the locksmith already made the key and wanted payment for it. We was sitting in the drivers seat of the car and would not get out unless I paid him. I told him I would pay him for his wait time, but I did not want the key after I specifically stated not to make one. I lost $425 for a key that I have no use for.Desired Settlement: I am not asking for a full refund, but only 75% of a refund. I was told no money could be refunded because the locksmith performed the duties as I requested. However, I requested that no key be made until I cam back from lost and found to make sure the keys were in fact mine.
