Review: I used the [redacted]r facility on [redacted] and went to pay around 10:20 pm on Thursday night 2/**/2015. I attempted to use two credit cards, was told they do not work and had to pay in cash. I then got a stamped ticket and had to wait in line for more than 20 minutes to get out. When I got to the gate the attendant said the ticket was stamped 90 minutes earlier and demanded an extra 6 dollars (I am not sure but I think this is why I was in line for more than twenty minutes- everyone was getting the same treatment- since we all had a ticket and should have been able to leave quickly). The attendant was on a walkie talkie calling back and forth to the desk claiming I got my ticket and walked around before leaving (I had used a coupon that I got on line to pay). He demanded my driver's ID, when I refused to provide it he made several more calls back and forth with the cashier , then finally wrote down my car plates and opened the gate. I had my 80 year old aunt with me in the car on an extremely cold night. I have contacted the garage by email. I feel this is fraudulent behavior and needs to be stopped and fined. [redacted]Desired Settlement: Compensation for 25 minutes of wasted time and what really amount to false arrest. I think a fine for the garage would be in order.

Review: I recently took a monthly parking space in the Quick Park at [redacted]. My car was parked in the garage for one week, and when I came to pick up my vehicle, the rear bumper was all scratched. The parking attendant completed a claim, however, every time I call the phone number of the corporate office, no one picks up the line. I have tried calling for several days, left numerous messages, and I have yet to hear a response.Desired Settlement: I would like Quick Park to cover the costs associated with repairing the damage they caused to my bumper.

Review: I haven't been able to get in contact with anyone in the claims department for about 2 months, despite leaving several voice mails. The [redacted] also tries to contact them by leaving voice mails with no response from the corporate office about the claim.Desired Settlement: A full month credit on my parking fees.
