This is in response to the complaint filed by *** *** regarding her *** *** bill payments that she thinks she paid sometime in September or the first week in OctoberAs I told her when she called, I can easily find any payment made with the
receipt number which prints out on the receipt when the payment is madeIf there is an error, I can get it corrected in a few days time without any complicationsWithout the receipt, it is very difficult to find a payment made since we handle approximately 3,bills per monthI spent about hours looking through each days payments for the days she thinks she came in, and was unable to locate the two payment amounts she is claiming she paidI told her to please find the receipt and I will gladly correct any error that may have occurred, but without the receipt, I have no way to find the payment she says she made

*** *** apparently it is possible to see where the money goes since she did look for hours , if it was her money she would've until she found the errorEspecially since this same error was made just months priorwhich I did have the reciept for the first mistake that was made
