MrS*** is out of line. Telling me how to run our business and charge our customers. Yes, we are not a rooter companyWe are a Plumbing Contractor. We are contracted by the association to maintain their main sewer lines on a yearly basis. His singular sewer problem was
not a result of our Hydro Jetting of the main sewer lines. It was an isolated problem, and it states right on the invoice that a large hair ball was pulled out of his sewer drain line. Not the main which we cleared. The association manager was there to watch this process, if it was something we caused, yes then there would have been no charge. Customers do not dictate our fees. There are many companies that advertise $drain cleaning. I am sorry we are not one of them. Our ratings are A to A+ across the boardA reputable company for over years We do not falsify records, or make things up. I am very sorry you are unhappy MrS*** but you are wrong.*** P

I am rejecting this response because:  The Answer from the Plumber it’s a totally lie. The small amount of hair he pull from the pipe line wasn’t the actual cause of totally and unexpectedly  plug the bathtub and what a  “coincidence” that happen immediately  just after they work in the main lines. We were warned by the HOA that as a result of the pipes flash some dirty water and residuals from main lines  may show up in toilets and bathtubs, and that its exactly what it happen in my case.  But besides that, I never ask for their services to repair my plugged bathtub, they were call just to ratify the cause of the problem I would call a rotor rooter or repair it myself. I was never  consulted or quoted by the plumber to approved this job.
