Under-quoted, Over-Charged, and left without having a complete resolution to my issueResponse time is yet to be completed I called because I lost my key- I was quoted by companies, this one was the lowest and even though I knew there would be some variance I was told it wouldn't be much difference It started when the tech arrived it jumped to I was told to program because of the alarm and it ended being I don't even know what the difference was it wasn't explainedThe website shows they accept all major credit cards, but no again only CASHHe would gladly follow me to the ATM From the start he told me it would be a chipped key, I agreed the dealer had advised that as wellI asked about the key fob- he said no just the spare metal key would workI advised no when I travel I sleep in the car and with out setting the alarm you still had to use the key fob before cranking the car because the alarm would set and go off and the truck would not crank H

Damaged the door jamb, lock, and weather stripping, it would probably cost $to repair Charged $80, locksmith forced way in with heavy duty screwdriver and a few pumps, unbelievable I called the business and they said they would have to charge me again to fix the damages

This business advertises misleading information on its website, and then pulls a bait and switch after services are performed. This business uses a bait and switch. It offers one thing on its website, and then charges something different after services are performed. It does not inform the customer of the amount of money it will charge and makes no contract that is agreed upon. They then overcharge for services that are completely out of line for what other companies charge for the same service. They have the power over you - with the ability to enter your car or home - which intimidates customers into paying whatever they ask. Every yelp review - and there are many - gives them 1 star and says the same thing - the company is a scam. They know you are in a vulnerable position and in effect hold you hostage until you pay them their over inflated, unadvertised prices.

Called this company tounlock our car because we had accidentally locked our key in the carWe were quoted $and the man charged us $200! February 1, Quoted $and was charged $ We were told the price then he unlocked the car and said that was just a base priceNow you owe me $ Customer service ladies said he unlocked your car didn't he? Your husband paid didn't he? What's your pro" then??

Misrepresent prices and do not disclose all info until work has been completedDeceptive advertising
They shroud their company name with different catch phrases, so that it is more difficult to search them and check their reviewsInvoice does not even show their nameThey advertise low prices that are completely falsifiedIndependent "contractor" shows up to our house in a regular car and gives us ridiculously inflated prices per re-keyDoes an amateur job and refuses to give us a total until all the work is completedKeeps adding on things until our bill for re-keyed deadbolts adds up to $Then "haggles" down the price to $if we pay him cashOffers to go to the ATM with us????Left us feeling completely swindled and did a *** poor jobMy husband will need to go and buy new locks and do it himselfHe will do a better job than this itI finally got the correct name of the company and looked them upThe complaints were all exactly the same experience

The price they quote you on the phone is just to bait youWhen they arrive they refuse to honor the quoted priceI was quoted $to unlock my front door to my houseThe locksmith shoved a 14" flathead screwdriver between my door and door jam popping the lock and damaging my door jam and weather strippingThen he proceeded to bill me $($more than the quoted price)When I asked what the increase was for he just said that's the priceI asked him what he would have done for the $I was quoted and he just kept saying $is the price
I called Quick Locksmith to complain and they simply don't want to hear itWhen I ask them the same question about what they do for the $they quote they are unable to answer and get defensive and try to talk over the customer
"BEWARE." This is an organized Bait & Switch operation

Lied about rates, bullied my minor child into providing his debit card number and charged multiple times under different company names
They bullied and harassed my minor child into giving them his student checking account debit card numberThey quoted my son (thank goodness he was smart enough to record the conversation) $to pick our lock and let him in the house after he locked himself out The guy showed up and did not pick the lock, but instead bored it out leaving all our keys useless and us needing a new lock This took him about minutes to do, then he turned to my minor son and demanded $
My son was scared and gave the "locksmith" everything he had in his pocket, $ This company then began calling my minor child on his cell phone and threatened to send the police to our door in hours if he didn't give them his debit card number Again, scared and inexperienced, he complied The company promptly attempted two back to back charges under different company
