Yes Roc. My phone [redacted] (number removed for privacy)RogerThis was the first contact I had with Roger D[redacted] As previously stated, when I spoke with him on the phone, he told me that he would be sending out his business partner, Antonio S[redacted] I had never previously had any contact with Antonio S[redacted] My phone number was given to Antonio by Roger that same day as he had told me he would. Roger was completely aware of the type of job that would be taking place when he first contacted me over email. The title of my listing says it all, “I need a garage built”. He knew that his license type did not permit him to take this type of job but he lied and said that it did. He knowingly and willingly gave Antonio S[redacted] my information and had him call me to set up a time to come out to the job to make a bid on the job. He did this all having me believe this was his business partner because that is exactly what he told me. Even when Roger came to my home after the work had started, he was introduced to me by Antonio Silva as his business partner. Roger did not say anything in objection to this. My listing made it extremely clear that I would only be willing to hiring a licensed, bonded and insured professional which is why in the email sent from Roger D[redacted] he states, “Yes I am licensed bonded insured”. This nonsense excuse only began when I discovered that the work had been done without any permits and informed Roger I would be going to the ROC and hiring a lawyer.

I never told  Antonio S[redacted] to write a contract or take any money. Antonio S[redacted] has a contract [redacted] llc What they did together is up to them.
