Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:Prior to the vehicle not starting the brake system worked fine After the vehicle was towed incorrectly the brakes did not work properly Conclusion the incorrect towing caused the brake system to work incorrectly Please do not "hide" behind Ajero's insurance conclusion They are your employer,so to speak so of course you are going to agree with them if you want to continue working for them Stand up and do what is right...accept your responsibility for towing the vehicle incorrectly Regards, [redacted]

I'm sorry sir there is nothing we can do at this time as the decision has already been made and reviewed.The technician told us in his statement when he drove your daughters vehicle the brakes were "stiff" because the vehicle was in a non running state. We have no prior knowledge to your brake booster functioning properly. Towing from the frame will cause no damage to the power booster. Unfortunately we can not reimburse you for something we don't know if we caused. Brakes are what is considered a wear and tear issue. unfortunately they only last so long. According to the insurance your vehicle was towed less than half a mile and you claimed you had no brakes left on your vehicle. It is impossible to create that amount of friction to burn the entire brake pads all the way around in that amount of distance going no faster than 15 mph. Thus showing an adjuster the brakes were already a problem or were "low" and asking us to replace your entire brake system an axle and power booster seems in no way possible from this incident. We are sorry to inform you that we strongly agree with your insurance's decision.
