Assume this outfit provides the shuttle from the Hyatt Pier to the cruise pier I have never experienced anything like the chaos that was waiting for us when we stepped out of the hotel to meet our pre-reserved shuttle It was virtual free-for-all No orderly line, no respect for reservations Just a stressful, traumatic situation Hard to believe that the hotel would take reservations for it and that Quick & Safe had a manned podium in front of the hotel I will take UBER before I use these people again The driver tried to accomodate us by letting us stand in the aisles He could barely negotiate turns because of the passenger weight So unnecessary Not a good way to do business And they've got a guaranteed thing with the Hyatt No idea why they would be so sloppy
The driver nearly ran me [redacted] the road trying to turn off onto 17th street causeway in Ft Lauderdale. When I honked he just flipped me the bird and made the "[redacted]" motion. If you need to merge into a lane it's advised to put your blinker on. I would have let him in had I KNOWN what he wanted to do. Instead he just swerved in from of my truck. Would never ride with someone like that.
This was the worst driving experience I've ever had. The first day we arranged transportation, they did not have the toddler car seats that we requested in detail days prior. The second day, we were stranded in the rain for over an hour with two toddlers while being told by text "5 more minutes",even though we had had a standing reservation for over a week! We ended up being rescued by another driving service and never did receive a text saying they were sorry.
If you are flying DO NOT rely on this service to get you there on time! We were dangerously late!

Great company, they helped us get from our hotel to Royal Caribbean cruise. Super friendly!
