Quick Service Auto Center

I started using Quick Service on [redacted] Chicago, IL 60640 in the Fall of 2015 with a couple minor car repairs.
2--2-2016 I purchased rear brakes and drums, for my 2005 [redacted]. From QUICK SERVICE, [redacted] Chicago, IL 60640. Fernando was the mechanic. I was not offered a choice of brands. The total cost was $250.90. It came with a 1 year parts warranty.
60 days later, approx 4-2-2016 , the rear passenger brake was making a noise. Took it in to the shop, they said they did not hear anything.
a couple weeks later, took it back it again, the noise was getting worse. they allegedly cleaned the brakes and it seemed ok.
June - the grinding sound returned. They checked the car and said they found a brake spring needed to be replaced. No charge.
August - took the car back again - same problem. they were cleaned and adjusted for $30.
October -12- My ABS brake light came on. Took the car back again. They suspected the problem was the wheel bearings they had replaced (purchased Dec. 21 2015, $368) were no good or had somehow worn out or were defective. This time they agreed to replace 1 bad part, (I don't know why they did not replace both) since they were under warranty, but had to charge me $50 labor.
October 17th - Brake noise came back again. This time Eduardo agreed to replace the brakes and drums since they were under warranty, but had to charge me $50 labor.
November 27 - the problem kept coming back. Now they say I should have chosen to use [redacted] factory parts. they claimed they see this all the time, they said, with [redacted] and [redacted] cars. They never offered my [redacted] parts! They agreed to replace the OTHER wheel bearing and they said they "shaved or shaped" the brake pads. I was charged ANOTHER $50. When the car is cold - you don't hear the noise. If I drive around the city an hour or two, the sounds comes back.
December 1st I stopped in and the mechanic on duty recognized me. I asked them to please get a hold of [redacted], about the parts they were using, called [redacted]. And see if they would take them back and get me [redacted] parts. Mechanic on duty called [redacted] right then and he asked for a better brand or better grade of brakes and drums. He said parts would be in Dec. 3 and I was to bring the car in Dec 5th. he said he would get [redacted] to make good on this - not to worry. He was very sympathetic. He said I would only be responsible for another $50 charge. he said "We will make this right."
On Dec. 5th I took the car in and the new mechanic (Nino?) on duty said he would have to talk to the owner about all of this - he was not willing to do the work. When I asked if my new parts arrived - he said he did not know.
Later that day I was told the Owner of the Quick Service locations, Alberto ([redacted]?), had said they were not doing any more work on my brakes. When I asked for Alberto to speak with me, they would not give me his full name or phone number. The mechanic said he is a very busy man and would get back to me when he could. I asked to PLEASE have him respond to me within 24 hours to resolve this. And I have heard nothing.
I don't know if Quick Service is using inferior parts?
Maybe they never even changed my parts?
Maybe the mechanics do not know what they are doing?
All these "faulty" parts came from [redacted] and are were called [redacted]".
I have now taken the car to another mechanic.
