I've been a customer of theirs for over for months, an unlimited monthly plan customer and never had any issues. Now, all of a sudden they've modified
Now they've changed my plan parameters without notifying me in any way, shape, or form. Limiting me to only one carwash a day on my unlimited monthly carwash plan, I feel is in breech of contract... On the grounds of not letting me know changed were about to be made to the services provided and how they're delivered. And not giving me the option to take my business elsewhere if I didn't agree with the changes about to take effect. I just really feel the whole process was not handled professionally, and customer service was none existent.
