When I first started working w/the company early this year, I was working with [redacted]. I was considering purchasing the bungalow for 7K, but I wanted to be sure that I would be able to handle the heat and elements and if I did OK..[redacted] said they would work with me and I could pay the rental of 3750 & pay out the balance when I got back. I started to ship out my gear to be placed in the bungalow and without notice I was told that there was a 200 customer service fee for them to put my stuff in the bungalow. At this point I had no choice but to pay the fee....I was told that my items were safely in the bungalow. [redacted] left and [redacted] took over my account and I had to re-iterate everything I had worked on with [redacted]...soon afterwards [redacted] left and I was given to [redacted], who had no experience with my case. When I got there...my items were out in the middle of the office mixed in with another persons. I told [redacted] I needed the bungalow delivered early and made plans to call when I was on the road. He assured me the driver had left. I waited in the hot desert for 10 hours before the bungalow came. I called [redacted] and he told me he couldnt get in touch with the driver....When the driver finally arrived he told me he wasnt dispached until 3:30 in the afternoon....I wrote and called the company with no responses except that now they tell me they will not take the balance of the purchase. I am still waiting for them to get back to me, after I was told they would work with me....I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I asked them to get back to me to confirm that the trash was removed and that the items in the bungalow looked like they made the trip undammaged. I have heard nothing from [redacted]...its been over a week and I have heard nothing....I was also told that I could return unused water & propane for a full refund and they did not honor that either...Product_Or_Service: Burner BungalowDesired SettlementI would like to purchase the bungalow, get the credits that I was told I would get... and move forward with just paying them to store it...
