I am done with this complaintThe original price was $for damageOnce the complaint was summited Kias' s supervisor adjusted the bill to $becouse of the TUBE being taken off(In the pictures of the tube it clearly showed an old tube with wear and tare) by the time this was done I was tired and just didnt want it on my credit*** and *** both failed to send pictures to show the alledged damage to the carpet but I threw in the towel and paid(dollars wont break or make me.) While *** has gotten away this time with her substandard performance and mishandling documents, in the future im sure there will be plenty more complaints against her and Century Plaza Apartments should this behavior go uncorrected. No need for *** *** or *** to respondThis complaint is finishedCentury Plaza has received their payment my credit is blemish free and I will continue to inform every soldier I can of my experience so I can ensure this dosent happen to them

This complaint is completely fabricated. I conducted a final unit walk through with Mr. [redacted] on 10/12/2015. I pointed out all charges to Mr. [redacted] during the walk through. I pointed out the tub damage as well. Mr. [redacted] claimed it was like due to repairs. I informed him immediately the tub was not...

like that due to repairs. It was from misuse. They had been cleaning the tub with a wire brush. He stated we would not resurface the tub while they were living there. I informed him we do not do that on an occupied apartment when the resident has caused the damage due to negligence. Unless they wanted to cover the charge. I also informed him that I would pull their file and review their inventory condition form completed by them upon move in a year prior. Just to cover all bases. He was also aware of the carpet damage. Yes they did have the carpet shampooed upon move out; however shampooing the carpet does not remove the liability of carpet replacement due to heavy damage. I have enclosed a copy of the original carpet replacement receipt for your review. As you can see the carpet replacement charge we paid is higher than what we are charging the [redacted]'s. Pictures are taken of all move outs and Mr. [redacted] was present during those pictures. Mrs. [redacted] was not present for the walk through; however about 30 minutes later she came into the business office to turn in the keys to the apartment and immediately started complaining about the things I pointed out to her husband. I informed her as I informed him they would have 30 days from the date of move out to pay any balance due's in full and that I would pull their move in list to verify any prior damages noted. After pulling their move in check list nothing was noted on their regarding anything they had been charged for. The charges stand as they are. The same day this complaint was placed with Revdex.com Mrs. [redacted] called our office again. Her story had changed a bit. After our company speaking with Mr. [redacted] recapping the entire initial conversation during our final walk through Mr. [redacted], he then conveyed all details to Mrs. [redacted]s. At that time they paid their debt in full without issues. Upon them paying their full debt we signed their deposit waiver and mailed the original to them. Sincerely, [redacted]
