Review: March 31, 2015 my daughter's table stopped working with the internet. [redacted] product, so proceeded online to get number for support. I called 1[redacted], claiming to be [redacted] Support and my device was out of warranty, I needed to pay $99.99 for a one-time assistance. I got my card and proceeded, however, the card would not go through. By this time the tech had already took manual control over the label. He requested I contact the bank card and get this matter handled, he had more to do. When the card would not go through again, he proceeded to delete all my daughter's files (art work, stories, school work, pictures, etc). I asked on the chat box was he deleting her files, his reply "yes", when I asked why "I do not want an argument". He then stopped me from trying to reply, I called the [redacted] number he had provided, the person on the phone claimed no one was on the table, plainly argued that I was wrong, then he hung up on me, but not before he said turn off the table. I tried to turn the table back on, but now it will no go where it needs to in order to work. I have contacted [redacted] (the real support) and they will investigate, but there is little they can do if I can't get into the tablet that still has a warranty. I will need an outside tech to help with the tablet, but a young teenagers life has been turned about by cruelties of one man. The scam tech!Desired Settlement: I would like the so called company to return my daughter's files intact. I would also like an apology, the truth on the number - not [redacted] Support.
