My name is Derrick O [redacted] and I am the owner of Dent MagicI received a complaint on Google from [redacted] regards to her rear tail lamps not working I called [redacted] within 2hrs of the complaint on 9/and discussed the issues that she was having I apologized for how she was handled by our manager Matt A [redacted] , and re-assured her that we would help get this problem handled [redacted] stated to me that day that she already had it fixed by the dealer and told me that she had an additional cost involved in the repair I told [redacted] that I was sorry to hear that and if she could, I wanted her to drop off or fax me a copy of her invoice from [redacted] *** and once I reviewed it, I would get a hold of her with a resolution As of today I have not received a call, email, or a fax showing me the detailed charges from [redacted] *** I am more than happy to help [redacted] if the repair is related to the collision We have also spoken with here insurance company and they stated that if the additional repairs were because of the accident they would take care of the charges Derrick O [redacted]
