I was locked out of my house and tried to get a quote but the call center wouldn't They said a tech would have to come out to reviewI said I just wanted a quote but she said someone was already on their wayI had to give my address for her to see what area I was in for a quote but was never given oneAnywhere their site says 35$ for residential locks so I figured it couldn't be that much
The tech arrived and quoted me up to 165$ per lockI refused and he said he would call his boss tof lower the rateHe said he would do the service for a flat rate of 125$ Way more than my budget would allow but I needed to get inside so I said OK, I went with it and he quickly picked my locks
Then I went to pay him cash said he couldn't run a credit card unless he charged me a fee and that cash is what they tookHe said he could follow me to atm (sketchy) lucky I had rent money on hand I handed him 200$ and asked if he had change, then he said it was 125$ per lockI tried to fight him on it because he said 125$ flat but he wouldn't budgeI'd rather break a window next timeProbably cheaper then the scam I just went thru

We called this company because it says on their website $service call I asked times on the phone "its going to be $service + $for house door unlock They said yes When they got her they wanted to charge $ So then this lady named 'Jay' got extremely nasty with me She kept calling back and harassing me!!!! I finally had the tech talk to her to advise he was working with the owner of the company to charge what they quoted $ It took about mins to get this whole thing handled, but what a fiasco!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!! Go somewhere else!!

We were locked out of our apartment and called to price the locksmith service with them. I said I didn't want their person dispatched until I knew the cost, so a gentleman went through the cost breakdown with me: $19 for the base visit, then a range of $35 to $65 for the single lock, with the high end being reserved for "very difficult locks that take awhile." I verified three times the cost range, and asked if I would expect any other chargesand he said no. The guy ("Miles") arrived with a friend and 40 minutes after he was dispatched, and demanded $189! He then kept trying to badger me and then haggle the price down $5 at a time, until he asked for $100 and a large tip under the table. I called the company, and they then called "Miles" manager to have him sort it out. He told him to charge $84 and complete it. The job took five minutes not a "very difficult job" like the operator said would warrant the higher charge.

This company is literally scary! I called for a locksmith to have my front door re-keyed, and asked if I could please have a guesstimate as to what it would cost and how long before the technician would arrive. The guy I was speaking to ignored my questions and said the technician would call me back. Technician called and was barely intelligible yet managed to be rude. Asked him approximately how much and he got even ruder and said it would take him 30 minutes to get to my house. I told him forget it, if he couldn't give me a rough estimate then cancel the order. 10 minutes later some lady calls back from this number and says between 80-120 bucks but it would depend on the (angry) technician. The technician called me approximately 40 minutes later and said he was in the neighborhood but couldn't find my house. At this point I had had enough, I told him to cancel. He started YELLING at me saying I couldn't do that and that he was at my house "what kind of a person was I, I couldn't cancel!" Scared me to death, he was very hostile and said he was at my house, creepy!! Now he and the person at their 800 number have been repeatedly calling my cell phone and my home phone and hanging up. Feel like I might need to call the police...
