I am rejecting this response because: They never called me....it was I the one that called them and ask for them to give my Wto my sonWhen my son arrived to pick them up they were charging him $in order for them to give back to him my W...Thats when I called again to find out what was going on and the Secretary responded that she had talk to [redacted] and that she wantwd for me to pay $in ordee for mw to get my Wback....I never sign anything what so ever....all I was asking for was something that lawfully belong to me cause it has all my information on it

This is regarding one of our tax preparers ,  and we do remember the case.   [redacted] came to prepare her income tax with [redacted] the taxes were prepared, she signed all the paperwork , and all was fine.. she was just to bring proof of residency for her dependents . But...

all the work was finished. Her fees were $85.00   She never came back with the proof but instead  send her SON  to pick up her  file , we of course cannot give file to anyone but the taxpayer.  So we called Mrs. [redacted] to let her know if you would give permission to her son to pick up her file and that we would not charge her the tax return even if it was already prepared, but that there would be a $20 fee since she had already signed and approved everything and again the tax return was ready.     Mrs. [redacted]  became very upset with the secretary  and said she would not pay the $20 dollar fee  she only said “ keep my copies I don’t want them  I can get other copies” and hung up the phone. She has never come to ask for her copies, she hung up and this is the first time we hear from her file.   Mrs. [redacted] has never came back or asked to talk to a manager or owner.  In over 25 years preparing income tax return this is our first complaint.      We always strive to keep our clients happy and we are extremely flexible with them.     As far as what she said about 2015, We are not aware of any discrepancies or  mistakes for 2015 , I have looked at the paperwork she brought for 2015  and all looks good. If anyone found a mistake on her 2015 tax return with the same information she provided us, we would be more than happy to offer her a refund even if she has not asked for one. When my son arrived to pick them up they were charging him $20 in order for them to give back to him  my W2 ...Thats when I called again to find out what was going on and the Secretary responded that she had  talk to *** and that she wantwd for me to pay $20 in ordee for mw to get my W2 back....I never sign anything what so ever....all I was asking for was something that lawfully belong to me cause it has all my information on it.....
