Review: Tom the business owner charges my credit card twice a month without authorization to do so. He has been told by me in writing and over the phone several times. I've even had the credit card company dispute his charges.
He still double charges me every month. He also doesn't tell you about certain hidden fees associated with his service.Desired Settlement: Monetary refund of funds taken without authorization.
