So, I placed my order at quietpcusa.com, got a confirmation email, then nothing for a week.

I tried to follow the order status link, but to see order status, you need to log in. This was problematic as I checked out as a guest. I tried to register an account using the email I used to make my purchase, and was told that email was already in use. I tried to log in with that email but was unable to (since I never set a password...). I tried to reset the password serveral times and simply never received the password reset email.

I tried calling support and got was seemed to be a residential answering machine (beep at the end of the message. They never replied.

Finally I tried emailing support for my order status after more than a week. They *shipped* my order the next day... 9 days later (they never replied to the my email).

For 15$ shipping I was treated to the privilege UPS ground 5-day shipping. They shipped on monday... at 8:19PM. Because of this, tuesday was the 'first day' of shipping with UPS. My package is scheduled to arrive 5 business days later, ie. next monday. I even called UPS to ask if I could pickup my package today since it is in buffalo, but was unable to.

When my package finally gets here, it will be over *two weeks* (16 days). Almost two and a half weeks to get a 3$ plastic bracket with literally *zero* customer support. [redacted] /trash/.

Item bought the 8 of january and shipped the 12... and then they shipped it from GRASS VALLEY, CA 95945 to DUTCH FLAT, CA 95714 (20january) that was a mistake from usps (i guess), to finally get to Montreal, CANADA february 1st. THE PROBLEM is that they are not even able to fill an adress. It is clearly written on my invoice that there is an appartment number, but they shipped it without it (hopefully I was there waiting for my package, if not, it would have gone back to california. Buy from ebay, at least chinese are able to write an adress. They have a "A+" ratting on Revdex.com.org and all I see is a complaint (now 2).
