I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and while I received my truck back, Quiet Zone was still guilty of the "Bait and Switch." They did not quote me for the entire repair, which would have changed many things, and saved me money. Quiet Zone claims I authorized the repairs, and I did authorize $680.  I was unable to answer the phone after authorizing the $680, and they did call few times I was not able to answer.  When I was able to answer Quiet Zone called and said they did unauthorized repairs for over $1100 stating they needed to get the truck off of the lift and could not wait for my response.  The truck was still not fixed, so it was returned immediately.  When asked for parts, none were provided, and was then told they were reordering the same parts, and that an additional $90 part was required.  The truck was given back a week later with a "hum" that they claim is a pulley, yet sounds like it is coming from the driveline.  I do wish this to be posted as others have a right to know what they did to me.  I don't think its surprising that every customer there is constantly making another appointment to have something else fixed, and another person has told me about Quiet Zone claiming defective parts after giving him his vehicle back without fixing his thermostat.

additional cost. He authorized the repair verbally and also signed the repair bill. By signing; he authorized us to complete the repairs.

Review: Had a dragging noise in the back pass anger side wheel of car ,took car to quiet zone on Feb 18 was told I need calibers,pads,rooters and hoses paid $375.00 for repair on mon feb 23 brakes went out on car draging noise returned,took car back to quiet was told caliber was defected they put new caliber on free of charge ,on sun march 1st noise returned on march 7th took car to Hampton Service Center was told by mechanic there that whoever did my brakes put wrong fluid in master cylinder and damaged brake system paid 480.00 for repair ,Quiet zone refuse to refund .y payment states they did not do it and they were the only ones who previous worked on my car

They are honoring people warranties and not properley fixing people cars..

Review: I took my van to Quiet Zone to have it serviced for a tune-up. I was charged $270. This should have included wires, spark plugs, PCV and filters. After driving to Green Bay, WI my engine light came on. I drove the van to a auto store and had my van analyzed. The numbers came stating that my spark plugs were not firing. The employee opened my hood and took off the new wires and we discovered that the spark plugs were not replaced. Prior I went to this same place because my antifreeze was leaking. They repaired my radiator and hoses. I hadbto return the van because of antifreeze was leaking again. They said they had to tighten the hoses. Well while I was in Green Bay more antifreeze was leaking and this time it wasbmore than before.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to be investigated and possibly start a class action suit.I also would like a refubd.
