Service was provided on two occasions (10/10/& 10/27/2016) for Mr***, as well as providing two parts (a power supply for $+ tax and speakers for $+ tax)On November 4th, Mr*** advised me via email that only two of his speakers were working***, the tech who
provided the service, advised him via a voicemail message and an email, that the surround speakers will only work when surround sound is available from the audio sourceTo date, I have emailed Mr*** twelve times about this issue, most of which have been ignoredI have sent him a PDF of his invoice four timesI have asked that he call if he has remaining issues to book an appointment, but he has not*** has called him againWe sent a paper invoice in December at his request, something we typically do not do (we bill electronically). On Wednesday, we received partial payment in the form of a check for $65.00, which was literally wrapped in a greasy potato chip bagSince the payment is $short, we have not deposited itWe respectfully request that Mr*** immediately return our physical property that he has refused to pay for and pay the remaining balance for labor and late fees only of $Otherwise, we ask that he submit full payment of $immediatelyWe will be submitting his invoice to our debt collection agency on February 1stIt should be noted that Mr*** seems to take no issue with the service provided to him during the first visit, nor the parts provided during that visit, yet he refuses to pay us for our time or partsThe total cost of that visit comes to $190.00, plus sales taxIt is also worth noting that *** made a second visit to him to install the speakers and did not charge for that visitHe has only offered a greasy check for the cost of the speakers (minus the cost of sales tax) but the total he has sent us is $and I have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve this issue with him
