5/4/16The two items requiring resolution as I understand them are:Refund of purchase of [redacted] deviceThis is the first time I've been informed about the customer wishing to obtain a refund for this productI think I may have been misled to think the request for a refund was for biofeedback software and that's why the $upgrade option was providedThe process for obtaining the 80% refund is by contacting the manufacturer [redacted] at (www[redacted] .com)The software issue for the biofeedback training program was created by the customer and not being clear about the parameters for obtaining replacement software when her computer malfunctionedThe option to obtain an upgrade for the software for $was provided as a special consideration by the software developer rather than having her pay $for a new programThis offer is still in force and the customer has been provided with the email address and name of the developer so she can proceed directly with this option.I believe this should resolve both matters to everyone's satisfaction.Sincerely,Marvin B.PhD, President

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:He has not addressed the issue at all in his response. He says the *** I paid for from him, and is still shown on his web site to be 80% refundable is the manufacturer's responsibility, not his- simultaneously denying that I notified him within the month refund period that the manufacturer would require to refundFar worse, he hasn't provided the even the name or versison of the mysterious "software" for which he says I need to pay another manufacturer $to license, while the invoice and email he sent told me to pay him, $99, he said "I am your go to guy". This "offer" he seems to be referring to -and did not provide to the Revdex.com- says "*** *** is the author of the software and I'm copying him on this emailDon't engage with me about this or anything else regarding the hardware, software or programming ." He also refers me to his colleague in another city, and tells me to go to yet another person for any questions on how to use the software package I had from him- even though I do not have the software, or a receipt, registration, nothing, just a credit card receipt that is not even itemized. I don't even know the name of the software, and as I recall, it was more than one program. I do not know and he will not tell me, and as he wrote, he does not want me to "engage with [him] about this or anything else regarding the hardware, software or programming."That is, months of "programming" I paid for previous to this purchase, approximately $7200.00, that led to this purchase of a software hardware package to use at home.He did not copy anyone on the email, I don't know *** ***, I wouldn't know what "software" to ask MrF*i for, I paid Marvin B***, and Marvin B*** told me in writing to pay him - no one else- another $to license the anonymous "software". He also tells me to sell the hardware on *** and says "I want you to rescind the Revdex.com complaint." I don't know what this hardware is called, I don't know how I could possibly sell it anywhere, and I need it to help my son if I can get the software to make it work.I paid Marvin B*** for a package of software and hardware for my son who needs this for his disability, I waited a month and continued to pay Marvin B*** $300/wk to provide the same in his office while he sorted out the software and hardware, and gave him the computer for another week to get it installed correctly. It worked for about a monthThen the hard drive failed My son is missing the help he needs. Marvin B*** is holding on to the money I paid him, making excuses, not even providing the name of the specific software I bought, passing all responsibility onto others while I hold useless hardware and my son is missing the help he needs.I just want the package I bought to work for my son, or I want the money back so I can pay someone else to help us
Regards,
