Sad Samsung Service As I am a proud owner of several Samsung products I am sad to announce the incredibly inept warranty and technical departments of the Samsung HVAC divisionAs a manufacturers rep I had the opportunity to have a brand new Samsung mini-split installed in my homeIt has been three years now and every summer I have to hire a contractor come and replace a part or twoAs the years go by my warranty fades deeper and deeper into the service abyss as Samsung’s warranty does not cover laborI am now closing on $dollars in labor costs with absolutely no help from the so called “service” department at the Samsung HVAC divisionMy poor contractors each scratch their heads at the horrific performance of the system and the sub-par service I have received from the Samsung HVAC division Samsung even hired a new rep agency during this process to aid in the atrocious diagnosis of my systemNeedless to say they held up to their end of the Samsung HVAC warranty service level which has no accountability and absolutely no resolution to my problemMy system still doesn’t heat or cool and now none of my contractors will call me back as they are befuddled at the lack of enthusiasm from the Samsung HVAC divisionDon’t take this blog as a slam to Samsung as a whole; take it as my attempt to vent my frustration concerning the HVAC divisionI will still continue to purchase their products as I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with any warranty and technical service with all other divisions As far as my Samsung mini-split air conditioning system I three alternatives leftReplace it with a M [redacted] I system, state my claim to the Revdex.com, or continue the agony of dealing with the local representation and the Samsung HVAC division while paying thousands of dollars in labor to educate all the local contractors about the inadequacies of the Samsung HVAC division while my brand new $20,dollar system continues to drain my pocket bookSincerely D [redacted] W [redacted]
