explained him that its your card issuing bank who put hold on your card when ever you slide your card on pump out side no matter where you slide in US thats there policy and they will release your funds within 24 to 48 hrs.
CarWash Part: Many ppl push car wash option out side but when they come inside and tell us that we did accidentally we refund there money.
I told him same thing that come in and we will refund your money no question ask. We are in this business 20 years One can't sustain business that long if doing it with dishonesty.
