Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: the pork noodles were ordered and paid for. 
The food was delivered and paid for.  We didn't check the delivery bag.  After eating some
of the food, we realized that the pork noodles had not been delivered.  I called 
the restaurant as soon as we discovered the omission.  The person I spoke with
told me that he was leaving a note about the omission and told me to call the 
following day to ask that the pork noodles be delivered.
When I called the restaurant to request delivery, I was standing at the front desk
at the hotel.  Everyone at the front desk listened while I was told about the $3 fee.
I explained that I didn't intend to pay $3 for the mistake and that I intended to report
this incident to the Revdex.com.  The restaurant employee said, "Go for it!"
I asked the Cottonwood Suites to delete this restaurant from their recommended 
delivery restaurants.  They agreed to do that.
It doesn't surprise me that the owner has spun this tale about the incident.  Sincerely,[redacted]
