I order a Printer Toner from this siteOnce I received the Item I immediately open to check the condition of the productTo my dismay I had received the wrong product entirely wrong type wrong color from printer wrong size just plain wrongfor several day I chased this company down to get this straighten outThey would send a new product they would only send a shipping label for the old productthey would not refund my shipping cost from the original orderStay away from these kinds of business!!

Review: Ordered $181 worth of products on 7/8 with next day air guaranteed. After 3 days I called to find out the products were on back order. At first she blamed FedEx for not giving a tracking number before discovering the error and saying "no one in shipping let us know". I cancelled and was told to expect refund in 3-5 days. After 11 (today) I call and same girl ([redacted]) says that she sees where a ticket was created but no one has done anything with it. She said she would resubmit and for me to expect refund in 3-5 days. I politely explained that her company should have mechanisms in place to catch things like this and they just lost a new customer because of this. She laughed and said "have a nice day" and hung up. Which was fine. I went online to leave a review and I noticed several people had the exact same problem. I'm starting to think this company might be some sort of scam preying on businesses that don't track their expenses closely. There were 25 reviews on yahoo all with similar experiences except one canned review.Desired Settlement: I would like for Revdex.com to inspect this company for bad business practices. After reading the experiences of others it seems this company is depending on businesses that don't track their expenses closely and give up on products or refunds.

Review: I purchased a toner cartridge, clearly marked "One Year Satisfaction Guaranteed" on Feb 10, 2014. The toner cartridge is defective. Causes my paper to be pink and blotchy. Vendor claims their website limits their warranty to 6 months. Pictures of a similar toner were supplied to vendor showing the guarantee.Desired Settlement: replacement of working cartridge would be most satisfactory.

Review: We bought a toner cartridge for an MX M264N Sharp Copier. Instead of receiving the right model, we were sent an AR-M351 cartridge and MX312NV Developer. We have been in contact with [redacted] at quikshiptoner.com, and have sent model numbers, invoice numbers, and pictures of the toner cartridge and the box in which it was sent. This has been going on for nearly a month now and the issue has still not been resolved. We would like to either get the items we ordered or have our money refunded.Desired Settlement: We would like to either get our money refunded or get the correct items mailed to us.

Review: I paid for a printer part that I wasnt sure was the right part for my printer. On the website it says that returns are allowed as long as the part is shipped back undamaged and is resaleable. I called to let them know I was returning the part because it was too big and I couldnt tell from the picture on the website how big it was. The part I ordered said it was compatible with my printer (HP Laserjet 4345 mfp) but its not even the right part for my printer. the printer has two sheet feeders that slide in and out and are very easy to access. The part that was sent to me was a heavy sheet feeder that somehow attaches to the bottom of a printer but not the one I have. I called to let them know it was the wrong part and that I still need to find the right sheet feeder for my printer. They told me over the phone that I would not get a refund because I opened the package when it was delivered. I said that doesnt make sense, because I have to open the box to see if its the right part that is needed. I could tell it wasnt the right part right away and I put it back in the bubble wrapped it came in and I retaped it. I asked the lady if they had a customer support department and she said it was all the same office and so they werent going to help me. She also told me the company that refused to refund me was actually Laserpros International based out of Wisconsin. I dont know who I should file the complaint with but I figured I should start with Quikship Toner because they are responsible for the website that says returns are allowed as long as item is resaleable. Also I checked Laserpros international website to see if they had the part I need and found out they dont have any items that are compatible with the HP laserjet 4345 mfp that I have, so why would they sell me this item saying it can be used for the printer I have? I went to return the item at the address they gave me, [redacted], it was a UPS store at unit C.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the price of the product and i'm willing to pay for the shipping and handling costs along with the tax for the hassle on my end. Also I want it to be noted that in actuality they should post on there website that no returns are accepted so that future customers dont buy into the same misinformation I did.

Review: I ordered 4 toner cartridges last year. When I got around to using the cartridges this year, only 3 of the 4 worked. I contacted QuikShip and a return label was issued, and they said they would replace the cartridge. They received the item, but said they issued a refund instead of replacing the cartridge like they said they would. Well, I waited for the refund and never got it. I chatted with them today and was told that the refund was denied because of 6 months had passed since I ordered the cartridge. I was told this AFTER I sent the cartridge back and AFTER I was told I would get a replacement and WELL AFTER the website return status said "customer refunded". Now I do not even have the defective cartridge.Desired Settlement: A replacement of the defective cartridge.

Review: I paid for the product and the shipping and got a receit then they shipped product postage due so I got double billed for postageDesired Settlement: I want the refund of the of the second shipping charge I agreed to pay 37.67 in shipping not 70. I would have went else where had I know.

My bank forced the company to make things right.

Review: I did a Google search for a Grace Digital Innovator X Internet Radio, the search found Quickship.com along with other companies offering the same product. I clicked the link with the image and model number of the device that I was seeking. I added 3 of them to my cart and paid for them. Upon receipt of the items I noticed they were not what I intended to order, I immediately called QS.com customer service line and explained the mistake. I was told there would be a 25% restocking fee totaling approximately $75, I refuted the charge siting the discrepancy in what was advertised and what was delivered only to be told the fees would be applied. I requested to speak to a manager/supervisor and was told none were available. I was then notified that I would receive a call from one in 1 to 2 business days. A week later, no call. I called in and spoke to another agent and was more or less called an it for ordering the wrong product, I asked again to speak with a manager and again was denied. I was hung up on. I called in again and just asked to have a return label sent to me so I could get what refund I could, as these are Christmas gifts for my children and time is of the essence.Desired Settlement: I want 100% of my money returned. $302.67 I am NOT interested in an exchange or credit as I have ordered the items from a competitor.

After I recognized that the wrong item was displayed in the product image I called QuikShip (QS) to confirm that the correct item would be shipped. Once I was told by QS that the correct item would be shipped I placed the order. A few days later, indeed the incorrect item had been shipped. Again I contacted QS, notified them of the issue and was then sent a return label. 4 weeks after the item had been returned I received a credit for the product only. Meaning that I was responsible for the initial shipping costs. Again I contacted QS only to be told that they would only refund shipping charges if the item was defective. Certainly, if the item is the WRONG item it could be considered defective, rather than simply the inventory control and care for disgruntled customers being defective. It's only a few bucks but it is an ocean of ineptitude.
