After I recognized that the wrong item was displayed in the product image I called QuikShip (QS) to confirm that the correct item would be shippedOnce I was told by QS that the correct item would be shipped I placed the orderA few days later, indeed the incorrect item had been shippedAgain I contacted QS, notified them of the issue and was then sent a return labelweeks after the item had been returned I received a credit for the product onlyMeaning that I was responsible for the initial shipping costsAgain I contacted QS only to be told that they would only refund shipping charges if the item was defectiveCertainly, if the item is the WRONG item it could be considered defective, rather than simply the inventory control and care for disgruntled customers being defectiveIt's only a few bucks but it is an ocean of ineptitude
