We apologize that the zippers on the Quiksilver backpack you purchased three years ago were defective and would like to work with you on getting this replaced The incident stated that you purchased the backpack at our Quiksilver store at [redacted] years ago, but this is a new store that opened in June and has been open for less than a year Since you don’t have a receipt, we can’t tell what style number, name and color the backpack is and which store it was purchased at, but if you take it back to our Del Amo store and ask for the manager on duty, or call the store at [redacted] to schedule a visit, we will work with you right away on replacing the backpack for the $value you purchased it at a few years ago If you have any further issues with product purchased from our store, they can assist you directly Thank you for shopping with Quiksilver!
