Greetings [redacted] We would like to apologize that you did not have the greatest of experiences during your stay at Quilceda Creek ApartmentsWe appreciated having you as one of our very first residents and understand that it was frustrating waiting for your home to be readyWith being a new construction, it was very hard to determine an exact date of when your home was going to be ready as there were a lot of processes before we could obtain a certificate of occupancy to allow people to move inOur staff works diligently to take care of the community, and to ensure that residents are compliant with their lease agreementWe address issues through written communication when violations occur and sometimes it is necessary to send property wide notices to keep residents informedWe address each complaint brought to our attention so we can make Quilceda Creek an enjoyable place to liveI understand that some of these policies or lease rules and regulations you may not agree with, but please note that they are put in place for the enjoyment of all of our residentsPer our lease agreement, rent is due on the first of every month and is late on the 2ndAs a courtesy we do not charge late fees until after the 3rd but rent is still late if not received by the 1stWe researched work orders related to your apartment and we do not show work orders for the items you addressed in your letterOur maintenance team does their best to go above and beyond for our residents and would have been happy to address these items for youWe only bill residents for the actual cost of what is needed to get the apartment back in the condition that it was given to them in with the exception of wear and tearIt would be a Fair Housing violation for us to treat any resident differently than another resident or to waive costs related to your apartment that we do not for anybody elseIt is important for us to maintain consistency related to policies and enforcing the rules to ensure all prospects and residents are treated equally and fairlyWhen a resident moves out, we have days to mail you your move out disposition which comes directly from our corporate officeThis was in fact mailed out within those days to the forwarding address that was provided to us on your notice to vacateThe address that was provided and written by you was not a good address and the mail was sent back to our corporate office in CaliforniaOnce speaking to you in regards to this, our accounting department resent the move out disposition to your new address without delayWe apologize if you feel it took a long time for you to get your move out disposition but it is very important that we are provided with the correct information to get this documentation to youWe appreciate you doing your best to clean the apartment home prior to your move outOur cleaning company charges based on the amount of work that needs to be done and assure that all things are as clean as they were when you moved inAll windows are completely removed and cleaned inside and out plus the window tracks and sills; all appliances are cleaned inside and out; cabinets are cleaned inside and out; and bathrooms are cleaned and sterilizedThis is required to be done in between move outs and move-ins to return the apartment to the condition it was given in and prepare a market ready home for future prospects/tenantsWe only charged what was charged to us from the cleaning companyBefore anything was done in your apartment, we contracted with a professional carpet cleaner to provide us with the cost for the carpet cleaning in your home, it was determined at that point that the carpet was not able to be cleaned, but needed to be replacedIf you would like to discuss this further I would be happy to sit down with you and do soAgain, we sincerely apologize that Quilceda Creek Apartments was not the right fit for you and hope that you and your family are happy in your new home Sincerely, Quilceda Creek Apartments Management

Our staff works diligently to take care of the community, and to ensure that residents are compliant with their lease agreement. We address issues through written communication when violations occur and sometimes it is necessary to send property wide notices to keep residents informed. We address each complaint brought to our attention so we can make Quilceda Creek an enjoyable place to live. I understand that some of these policies or lease rules and regulations you may not agree with, but please note that they are put in place for the enjoyment of all of our residents. Once speaking to you in regards to this, our accounting department resent the move out disposition to your new address without delay. We apologize if you feel it took a long time for you to get your move out disposition but it is very important that we are provided with the correct information to get this documentation to you.
