Very poor customer service - RUN FAST
Unfortunately, I have to rate at least one star as it is required for me to submit this, however, even one star is misleading. We were once customers of Quill for over 30 years. Our business closed down 12/31/19. In July of 2020, we received a collection notification that we have an outstanding balance of $83 dating back to May 2019. We never received a statement, gotten a call or email stating that fact. When I asked them to supply me with the invoice in question, they supplied that and they also sent me invoices for someone else, which is where they applied my payment. They also sent me a copy of my own check that paid the invoice in question (no rocket scientists at Quill). I brought this to their attention and a month later and several calls and emails, the account manager nor her supervisor have taken care of this. Now when I call I am continuously hung up on. Corporate should be appalled at their employees. They are obviously not bright enough to take care of problems even if the problem is staring them in the face. Pathetic company. Waiting for them to send me to collections as I am not above taking them to court

While at work, two men approached my boss and me who represent Quill.com, a partner of StaplesAfter a well-rehearsed and ingenuine sales pitch, they asked me if I had ever placed a work-related order onlineBefore I could respond, one of the men interjected: "she probably just orders shoes"My boss and I, both offended, asked them to not speak that wayThe men did not apologize and instead, one of them made a nervous and offensive political jokeThey hurried out of the building and refused to provide identificationStaples refused to acknowledge or address the situationQuill.com would not provide me with their manager's informationAlisha L***

This business is not trustworthy nor do they handle customers with respect First their credit department said they can only ship to the billing address, even though their website allows you to ship to a different address I told them to go ahead and ship to my billing address A week later I called to inquire about the status, and the customer rep said she doesn't know and will "nudge" people at the credit department to go ahead and process the order A few weeks later I discovered that my order was cancelled without any notification or reason -- the customer rep was utterly clueless Someone up top arbitrarily approves or cancels orders and treats you simply like a piece of money that they either want or don't want, instead of a person I'll never do business here again

I placed an online order on Quill.com for a printer for the amount of $ A hour later, I received notification that my credit card was charged $337.50, more than times what my order was for I called Quill.com customer service and explained my situation, the customer representative said I need to speak to a supervisor and need to place me on hold She proceeded to hang up on meI called back and got a different representative, Kevin I had to re-explain my situation again and he confirmed that he does see my original order amount of $and that I'm being charged $ He said a supervisor would be able to help me cancel and re-order at the price I ordered I told him don't hang up on me and I was transferred to Leeda the supervisor I had re-explain my situation yet again and she said that she cannot re-order for the price I ordered and the only option was for her to submit a 'request' to cancel the order, I didIn the end, I've wasted an hour of my time dealing with Quill.com, out $indefinitely until their vendor 'process my cancellation request' I will never buy from Quill again Hope my review helps you save time and headache

I am located in StLouis, MO Apparently Quill has sales people(scam artists) that come to your place of business in order to scam people They got my employee who is a parking cashier and who has no authority to place orders of any kind and never has to sign for an order They did this by telling her all you have to do is return the items once you receive, and there will be no charge However, she informed me of this after the fact I called the company minutes after this transaction was done, and they informed me that they cannot cancel the orderThis is a way to scam and rip off businesses I am very upset about this and find this type of business practice disgusting They have already emailed me that I have an invoice for $which I will never pay

They did this by telling her all you have to do is return the items once you receive, and there will be no charge. However, she informed me of this after the fact. I called the company 25 minutes after this transaction was done, and they informed me that they cannot cancel the order.
This is a way to scam and rip off businesses. I am very upset about this and find this type of business practice disgusting. They have already emailed me that I have an invoice for $165.00 which I will never pay.

I placed an online order on Quill.com for a printer for the amount of $99.99. A hour later, I received notification that my credit card was charged $337.50, more than 3 times what my order was for. I called Quill.com customer service and explained my situation, the customer representative said I need to speak to a supervisor and need to place me on hold. She proceeded to hang up on me.
I called back and got a different representative, Kevin. I had to re-explain my situation again and he confirmed that he does see my original order amount of $99.99 and that I'm being charged $337.50. He said a supervisor would be able to help me cancel and re-order at the price I ordered. I told him don't hang up on me and I was transferred to Leeda the supervisor. I had re-explain my situation yet again and she said that she cannot re-order for the price I ordered and the only option was for her to submit a 'request' to cancel the order, I did.
In the end, I've wasted an hour of my time dealing with Quill.com, out $337.50 indefinitely until their vendor 'process my cancellation request'. I will never buy from Quill again. Hope my review helps you save time and headache
