On 11/18/at approximately AM in the morning this woman ordered a product which requires a human being to manually enter in a lab orderWe do not have staff who works hours a day days per week as we are located in the west coast
There are types of products we offer customers, from
Quest Diagnostics and from SpectraCellAll lab tests from SpectraCell require that a test kit be shipped to the customers door in hoursThe customer mentioned to un in a phone conversation that she needed this test done today and that she couldn't wait, so we called a local draw center in her area named Any Lab Test Now where they were willing to take her to get drawn that very same day, we also had the lab order ready to be sent over to her if she wanted to continue or to get a refundShe requested a refund and we issued a refund right away
We are concerned about the safety of our staff as this customer was very aggressive and threatening on the phone
When a customer checks out it states $draw fee and when they get an email back with the order conformation it states that the $draw fee is a shipping fee, which is an error from our IT sideWe will fix thisHowever it does not compromise the final sale or service of our deliverables to the customer
Please advise a refund was issued to the customer the day she requested itWe are willing to forward to you and additional documentation you may need
